This training class is intended to give engineering or non engineering related personnel a technical overview of electrical power systems.The book includes a basic overview of electrical fundamentals that includes a system overview, terminology, basics of generation of electricity and power plants as Unit One.Unit Two includes equipment associated with substations, transmission lines, distribution, consumption and system protection.Unit Three covers the operations of electrical power systems; including interconnected power systems, system planning and system control centers.Unit Four includes telecommunications and safety.
